I have to stop looking at your site, because I find something to buy every time! Today it was the VKOO cardigan in green, though it could have easily been either of the Anthro dresses.
Does anyone have info on fit of the Steven Alan Sydney top? I have trouble with Equipment blouses in the bust area–a tad too tight–and am wary of Steven Alan for the same reason.
I have a Grechen question: Do you know anything about “ShopAmbience.com” and whether or not they are reliable? And, with you being my Splendid guru: Do you think the Ribbed Long sleeve turtleneck would work for someone who is NOT skinny and has long arms (me… π in an XL?
no! please don’t stop reading my site π
i have the same problem with my equipment brett blouse – it gaps in the bust area, which is so strange, because i am pretty small there. so for that reason, i’m very wary to try steven alan at all because my perception is that his stuff runs small. the sydney top looks like it fits a bit bigger than others, since it’s supposed to be more tunic-y, but i don’t have any personal experience with it, perhaps another reader does and can help you! i do love it though…
i have never had any experience or heard anything negative about shopambience – i know they’ve been around a while, so that seems to be a good sign.
and yes, i think the ribbed long sleeve turtleneck would work in an xl – i have a white one, it’s the 1×1 version so i think it’s different than what you’re talking about…but the sleeves are pretty long on me π
Oh, thanks! You’ve eased my mind. I had never heard of them, but they popped-up on Google shopping with a good price, so I thought I’d ask the expert! Thx!!
