For me, For you: Putting my money where my mouth is

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post and in the subsequent comments, I’m trying to strike a balance between purchasing more independent design & my favorite standbys. It just so happened that last night was the etsy shop restock of a designer I’ve been stalking following since her last store update: For Me, For You by Kate Miss.

What perfect timing for me to follow through on my commitment to independent designers (and get a lovely necklace to boot!). This is the necklace I got (I think) – things were selling out so fast, I looked at one thing, then went back to the main page and it was already gone!

Kate mentions that she’ll be updating the shop every 5 weeks, so follow her on twitter, read her blog, do whatever you have to do to get one of these necklaces! (I would really like to also have one of the brass drop necklaces, so I’ll be right there with you). And stay tuned for an outfit picture as soon as mine arrives…
