WEARING
Prabal Gurung for Target blouse | $26.99 at Target (mine is a size large)
AG Stevie Ankle jeans
No6 Clogs (mine are an older color than in the link)
Park Vogel cashmere blazer (very old)
Jerome Dreyfuss billy bag with added long strap (see my review here, where to buy Jerome Dreyfuss online here)
I still don’t need any new clothes, but I did mention that IF I bought anything new, it would have to be “a color” instead of black, white or grey, and I definitely held to that! You know how I feel about Target collaborations; they never fit me, and there’s usually something a little “off” about the pieces I do like, but I still go and check them out. I was really drawn to this print (several pieces had this print in them – I liked this dress too) when I was looking through the collection, and decided to give this top a try. I don’t LOVE the mesh sleeves, but they’re not terrible, and at least for now, I’ll wear it with a cardigan or jacket over. I do love the contrasting black stripe down the front and collar, so those details and the “tropical,” “orchid-y” print sold me.
I’m wearing a size large so it will fit my hips, and it fits okay. It’s large around the middle, and “blouses” out a lot when I sit down, but that’s what I have to suffer to fit my hips 😉
Oh, and I rolled my Stevie’s under a little so they hit closer to where they’re supposed to (instead of go all the way down my leg as in this outfit). I wonder if I should get them hemmed?
Did you check out the Prabal Gurung for Target collection this weekend? Did you buy anything? What did you think?
I love it, it is refreshing and I think it works for you! also love the Parkvogel jacket, I feel sad that they are no longer making new things anymore . . .
Scrunching up the sleeves makes the look energetic, too, you look great as always =)
