We had an h.g.s. photoshoot yesterday at a super-cute new boutique in town, Etcetera, Etc., so Sharon snapped my photo on the way out. It got quite warm yesterday, so I was finally able to wear this gauze-y flow-y skirt. Today it’s cold again. Texas weather is such a tease…
I love that top! It’s perfect with your Lizzie F. necklace. I found one today that is quite similar to yours on Shopbop.com. On sale for only $50 something. I was excited since I feel horrible today and needed a pick-me-up. (sinus infection that’s held on for the past 3 weeks–You can relate, huh?)
awesome! yes, i know how it feels, i’m sorry you feel bad. but yay for retail pick-me-ups 🙂
the top is great, it’s one of their “shirting” tops, so it’s cotton, but not a t-shirt cotton, it’s more smooth and flow-y. i got it for $12 or something crazy like that.
I didn’t even know that they made those types of shirts! I was just admiring a similar one in a recent issue of Martha Stewart Living. She was featuring a woman in Petaluma, CA, who makes dolls and is venturing into clothing. Her name is Jess Brown and she’s starting a women’s clothing line because people always stop her to ask where she got her great simple top. I think she said it will be online in March at jessbrowndesign.com I’m looking forward to seeing the prices. I might be scared!!
oh! those are going to be awesome. i can tell they won’t be “cheap” though…
thanks for sharing that link – i’ll be stalking it now 😉
Oh, and I forgot to mention that she owns a boutique called “Maude” in Petaluma. But I think that has mostly children’s items.
