I did it!! I was super-nervous going in to get my haircut (I also changed stylists) this morning, but I’m ecstatic about the way it turned out! I didn’t want my hair to be too styled, or “perfect” and I wanted lots of texture, which is exactly what I got. I can still pull it back when I want to, and since she thinned it out a lot underneath, it’s much lighter & cooler than before.
And why I thought to wear black pants today, when it’s going to be 105, I don’t know. Maybe it’s because I can finally fit into them, and they’re linen, so I thought they wouldn’t be SO hot. They’re really not that bad, but I’m ready to change into a dress and free up my legs 🙂
lovely hair cut! do you live in a frizz-free climate? Bc this is one of my favorite hairstyles but my curly hair disagrees.
My hair doesn’t frizz!! It’s so straight and heavy, so I’ve never had to worry about it. It’s never been so textured before though!!
Love the new hair!
Grechen! What a great haircut! I like how it flips out at the ends and frames your face. Did you trim your bangs, too? I agree that haircuts shouldn’t be too perfect. They should be sensible enough for you not to worry about hairs being out of place.
It’s fabulous! Grechen, you look incredible! You made the jump!
you might be the luckiest woman in america! i did that Brazilian keratin to de-frizz but now it’s all bad for you so i stopped. booo. lucky you. 🙂
Love the new cut!! It’s so fresh and perfect to show-off your face! (and that tee really shows off those “pipes”, girl!!)
