OMG, I’m wearing makeup! And I got my gray’s covered up with some fresh hair color ๐ I feel like a new person LOL. Actually, I’m meeting fellow bloggers Indiana & Linda for lunch today and Sydney after so I am trying my hardest to look presentable.
And I need to rave about this skirt if I didn’t enough before, it’s really amazing. And my fiance actually LIKES it, which hardly ever happens. Although he likes it better when I leave my top un-tucked; he says I look taller that way. I believe the opposite, that I look taller with it tucked in…and I think it’s a bit more chic tucked in. What do you think? do you tuck? or un-tuck lately?
I love how natural your makeup looks on you!
I was just going to say how great your hair looks, so you must have just had it cut and colored? Lovely! I love the skirt and I would tuck. But in real life, no. I have too much extra padding around my middle, so I don’t do “tuck”. But sometimes I wonder if I should, or belt more to define a waist that doesn’t exist. What do you think?
You are loving these long skirts and dresses this summer! Love the look. You’ve inspired me to take another gander at the maxi and see if I can make it work.

Freaking love that Winter Kate skirt. Definitely a great find!
honestly, i’m more of a believer in really accentuating your best “parts” and generally keeping attention of your less-great parts (in your eyes anyway). my sister has a bit of a pooch also, and i would recommend belting or tucking to her, but i do always tell her she should wear more short skirts/dresses to bring the attention to her legs…
I guess I have to figure out which are my “best” parts these days….I can be pretty hard on myself! (can’t we all?!?)
