I was out with Indiana today working on the Texas Style Council Conference and she snapped my picture at Langford Market (a new boutique on 2nd Street):
I’m wearing:
James Perse dress
J Crew belt
Autumn Cashmere cardigan
Spanx tights (a lady at Target randomly complimented me on my tights today. weird? they are amazing though…)
Rachel Comey clogs – at Tobi for 25% off with code FRESHLOOK
Jas M.B. bag
I’m watching Oprah right now – the one with Jennifer Hudson – and all I’m thinking, is that yes, she looks amazing, but I thought she was beautiful before she lost weight…
At the same time, all I can see in the picture above is my multiple chins and I can’t wait to be rid of them 🙁
random……
I agree, I thought J. Hud looked so beautiful before she lost the weight.
And you look great 🙂 I didn’t know Spanx did full tights, I’m going to check that out!
Love the hair! Your hair is looking good, honey!
Funny, but I was just thinking to myself what a great pic that is of you and how slim you look in the James Perse dress with the belt and cardi! Sometimes I think we just need to learn our best “red carpet” pose (my friend swears by the “hands on hips and turn to your best angle” so that you don’t face the camera full-on.) I am always conscious of my “chins” and I always have the “deer in the headlights” look. So I’m probably not the best person to ask….never mind! lol….
great outfit!! the black tights keep the whole look really put together and polished (and I LOVE the color combination of cardigan and your dress). I feel like your color palette acquired wider variation in the past few months and they look real great.
yeah, i need to turn my head a bit more i think LOL – you know we’re always our own worst critics…i’m feeling pretty good about my weight loss, i just wish i could target it to my chins
i’m trying with the colors nanashi!!! i really am…
You are doing GREAT! Reward yourself with small things, like a lipgloss or earrings, whenever you have a good week. And stick to it–you CAN do it!!
