Everlane Petra tote in Gesso | purchased with credits from Everlane
Margot Wolf necklace | made in the US
As promised…A third way to wear the James Perse long terry cardigan (or any long cardigan, really): with a maxi dress. I’ve also worn it with skinny jeans and a midi-length pencil skirt.
This might be my favorite way to wear it actually. Or at least the one that feels most like me. And now, as if I haven’t already provided enough reasons to add a long cardigan to your wardrobe, Shopbop is offering 25% off (!) with code SPRING25 through April 10th.

Such a great look on you! Wish the dress was still available!
thank you!!! it might show up in the JP summer sale…I’ll be sure to post if it does 😉
I really love this, Grechen! You look like a casual, modern version of an Erte’ painting.
thank you so much, what a lovely comment!
Love this look!
Although, you probably already know what I’m going to say, I’ll say it anyway: “This is #1 on your Top 10 list!!!”
I wore my long Halogen by Nordstrom cardi on Sunday with a white GAP tank underneath, white Eileen Fisher ankle cropped jeans, and a black linen Love Quotes scarf. For the life of me, I can’t recall which shoes I wore!!! Got compliments, so I’ll try another variation. Oh, I wore my Steve Madden suede booties in taupe (They pretty much match the cardi.)
The neckline is beautiful on you!
haha. thank you!
your outfit sounds great!!
