As I was browsing Anthropologie (they’re having 25% off select sale items right now, by the way – oh, including the skirt I posted last week) I stumbled across this dress by Bordeaux, which looked suspiciously like a skirt I have (last seen here) with a white tank top sewn to it.

Is this a trend lately? First Splendid does a skirt/tee combo to look like a dress, and now Bordeaux. It’s an interesting idea, for women who like dresses more than separates, but since I have a short waist, it’s easier for me to work with skirts/tops than dresses most of the time. And I have plenty of white tees & tanks to pair with skirts; I don’t need to pay extra just to have them sewn together!
