Yes, I know, I skipped day 2 – but I didn’t really skip it. There’s definitely evidence of an outfit number 2, but I don’t have it LOL. Another blogger here in Austin is participating in the challenge and we thought it would be fun to do a joint picture last night – my pictures turned out terribly, but she got some good ones I think, so I’ll post them a bit later.
On to outfit number 3:
In all honesty, I wasn’t even wearing an outfit until 15 minutes ago when my fiance suggested we go out for dinner/music tonight…hence my in-a-hurry/leave me alone face and sneak peek of the dog food through the crack of the pantry door…and lack of accessories (I’ll talk more about that tomorrow).

i’m sorry i’m so late to respond!! mine is the olive – and no, it’s not heavy at ALL. it is perfect.
it’s a little smaller than what i usually carry, but it definitely holds everything, and it’s super-easy to carry.

How many outside pockets? Also on the Tobi website they show it with two different removable straps, is the shorter of the two able to go over your shoulder?
there’s one outside pocket on the front of the bag – the whole length of the bag (that’s where i keep my phone/keys. inside there’s one inside deep pocket. yes, the shorter strap will go over your shoulder – it makes it kind of like a hobo, but i just prefer to either carry it by hand with the short straps or on my shoulder with the longer strap…
You mentioned that you have another Jas M.B. bag, which one is that? And thank you for the info. You said it wasn’t heavy, is it similar in weight to the Alexander Wang Donna?
my other jas mb is similar to this one: http://www.tobi.com/product/30814-jas-m-b-move-on-medium-zip-messenger?color_id=37552 – but mine is at least 5 years old and has a woven pocket on the front, it’s very cool!! yes, i think it’s similar in weight to the donna hobo.

the questions never cease! When I spoke to the Tobi in their chat she said that your bag wasn’t the soft olive but the Old USA brown. My question is this, which color is more accurate, the Tobi website or your photos? It looks more dark brown in yours, not olive at all.
The next question is: Is it semi structured? So if you set it down on a table, does the top collapse on itself or hold its shape?
my bag is the soft olive. pictures will NEVER EVER EVER look the same as the bag IRL. in real life, the bag is a nice olive color – i promise 🙂
if you have a barney’s co-op anywhere near by, i would suggest you go and look at the bags in person and you can get a better idea of the shape, etc. the bag holds it’s shape, but it has “wings” that the shoulder strap is attached to, so that will fall when it’s put down.

The USA brown on the Tobi website seems a bit ‘reddish’ to me so I’m a bit leery of that.Now yours, in your photos looks perfect. Are there any photos of yours using the shorter hobo strap? I’d be interested in seeing that.
It’s here! The soft olive is a VERY pretty color! The bag is super lightweight and small compared to the other bags I have. I really, really like it!!!!! Thank you so much for wearing yours in your blog photos.
