it appears that since I posted these yesterday, Frankey’s has “adjusted” the pricing to “as low as” $263 but when you go to checkout, the price is $527, and they’re no explanation for what “as low as” means…I apologize for the confusion. The $527 price is still marked down from original retail, although not by much.     Hi Grechen,

    Thanks for the update. Do you know whether the discount is applied before/after checkout? Just tried getting one, although stopped myself before the card processed the full price. Also attempted to contact Frankey’s, but I think their site is a bit wonky.

    These bags at Frankey’s don’t seem to be on sale. It says “as low as” and when you click to buy the bag it is the original price. Very misleading.

    that’s interesting…when i posted them yesterday they were marked down on the inside pages, now they’re not. and someone on the purse forum mentioned that they had bought one from frankey’s 50% off. i’ll look into it. it is misleading, and i wouldn’t have posted them priced at $263 if they had been marked this way yesterday…

    hmm their website is hard to get to – i had to google their store name to get to a stable link, and couldn’t find any jd bags on sale…

    just as well, since now that i have my trusty gryson mia, no need for me to go splurging on more bags! 🙂

    Do you love your JD bag? I’m thinking of splurging on the jacky bag. Is your robert bag really light? I know my MJ bags are kind of heavy…I like the thought of a “light” bag. After visiting Paris I saw a Jacky Bag over there but didn’t buy. It was the suede one and I wanted an all leather one.

    Hi joyce! yes, i LOVE my JD bags to death. they are definitely not heavy at all, the robert bag has the most amazing leather…the jacky is amazing. i haven’t seen it IRL, but i love the poudre colored one at ivyblue.com. it looks like the perfect bag 🙂

    Got the Mocha Large Billy from Tenders also, OMG feels like butter! Have it in green when it first came out paid 875. paid less than 425.00(no tax) from Tender ing Birminghan. they have just become my new BFF
