I was not sure that I liked Butter London’s “Bossy Boots” when I first painted my nails (on Monday), but it’s growing on me. This is my first bottle of Butter London, and overall, I’m pretty impressed with the polish. I love that it’s 3-free, but these days, most nail polish brands are 3-free (even Chanel). I use Seche Vite ridge filler and topcoat with the polish and I haven’t seen any chips at all (which is generally unlikely with my Chanel polish) in two days. I also haven’t done much to chip my nails, but it’s still a good sign.
What do you think? Should I keep my bottle of Butter London nail polish? Or give it away here on the blog?
So hard to say! It’s a pretty color, but admittedly one I wouldn’t wear myself (too pastel?). But I love hearing your thoughts on Butter London nail polish. I hear such good things from bloggers, but never know if it’s just smoke!
It could also be a pretty coloring for layering with glitter and crackle polishes?
I think it’s a pretty Spring color, but I’m with you on not quite being sure about the color for me. I DO love Butter London polishes, though, and have several. I’d say, if you’re not sure about it, give it away on the blog! (even tho’, if I did enter, it would probably be for my 13 yr. old daughter!).
OOH I love it! And I am 44 and not prone to wild colors but I can so see it on my toe nails :O) Please give it away! ( I went to my local Ulta and alas they don’t have the spring line in yet…)
