It couldn’t last forever! It’s time for the James Perse summer sale to draw to a close, and there are still some great pieces left in several sizes if you haven’t bought anything yet (or if you’re still tempted!). Since all SALES ARE FINAL, please ask a question here or consult the summer sale fit guide & swap for more guidance on fit and styles.
Here are my absolute favorites from what’s left on sale. What are yours? Any final purchases to share?
Boxy collage top |
$69 (I love my top in white, and the size 2 is perfect; just oversized enough, without being sloppy)
Funnel neck cashmere sweater |
$149 (commenter Christina keeps raving about her 2 JP cashmere pieces she bought during the sale)
Vintage fleece sweatshirt dress |
$69 (there are still quite a few sizes of this dress left – I have it in black, size 2 and it stretches a lot, but is still nicely fitted, if that makes sense…)
Vintage fleece drape neck pullover |
$69 (I have this in size 2 and sort of always wish it was a little bigger so it was longer. Also, I’m not sure how I missed this before, but mine has 3/4 sleeves. This one has FULL!! even better…)
I posted my comment on the awesome James Perse Stretch Cotton Linen Trench on that sale/swap post. I’m sooo happy I got it, especially with Grechen’s free shipping code! No one else seems to have been interested in it, but, just in case, my comment is there.
My funnel neck cashmere sweater arrived in the mail and I absolutely love it. I ordered a size 2 in black, and I think it fits me a little looser than it does the model. When I first held it up I thought it would be way too big, but with skinny jeans it looks great. It has a nice hand than most of my cashmere, including my JP cashmere sweater from last year. The weave is a little looser, which makes it extra soft. Both my sweaters from this sale have a curved split hemline that is a beautiful design touch.
And, I ordered the drape neck pullover. AH. I fell back on my commitments with this one. But I decided I would like my JP relaxed blouse on eBay since I am not wearing it as well as a couple other things to negotiate my indulgence. Grechen, you are holding out better than I am with the sale.
