I’m just as much a sucker for cardigans as I am for dresses when the weather warms up. I CANNOT go without a cardigan or something long-sleeved during warmer weather because I FREEZE anytime I’m in air conditioning. Pardon my “yelling,” but it is so frustrating. So, my solution is to look for sleeveless dresses and lightweight cardigans I can throw over them as soon as I step foot inside.
