So, I ordered these last week from Net-a-Porter (loved that my Doc Martens box came wrapped in a pretty bow LOL) and while I still REALLY REALLY love them, my calves are too big for them. The size is perfect – I ordered a size 7 (American size 7, European size 38) and they fit my foot fine, but not my calves. The heel is the perfect height, and the footbed really comfy – there’s just nothing I can do about my calves…

SO. I’m going to send them back, but they’re sold out on Net-a-Porter and I haven’t seen the patent version available anywhere else, so I thought I’d offer them up before I send them back. I’m just asking the $130 I paid for them + $10 for shipping (US only).

What a bummer! I’m the same size but I live in England. I wouldn’t say I have large calves at all but I find many boots just don’t accommodate anything other larger than a twig! Sorry, but some of us have muscle tone!
i’m really disappointed 🙁 i mean, they kind of fit my calves, but there’s bunching between my ankle and calf that makes them very uncomfortable. if my calves were smaller, they’d definitely work better. oh well. i kind of knew they may not work…
