I saw these Cynthia Vincent Clogs in the Anthropologie catalog yesterday, and while they don’t really scream “must-have!” to me, they are interesting (I love the tribal motifs) and would make a great Spring/Summer clog. The price is WAY high though…prohibitive for me…

I think these are very cool and unique in a southwest meets holland sort of way, but I’d be even more excited if they were on sale. I’d wait. They seem like something that wouldn’t appeal to everyone and will go down. Keep an eye out and if they start to sell out, snap them up! 🙂

Grechen, as usual, WAY ahead of your time ; ) If they don’t call out your name, wait for the sale. But I think we sometimes need “statement” pieces that make an outfit of basics special, or put your own style stamp on what you’re wearing. Could this be it?
you’re absolutely right about statement pieces…these would be great statement shoes, they would absolutely RULE any outfit…
but i agree with laura that they’ll probably go on sale soon, the price point is just too high IMO
