So, while I’m trying to justify adding another pair of clogs to my arsenal (the Epaulet clogs I mentioned below), I realized I’ve never shared my collection (as a whole) with you. Sure, you’ve seen them all in outfits at one time or another, but never as a group:
From left to right: Cape clogs, Sportmax clogs (my oldest pair in this set, I bought them in 2005 I think? They were my first shoe obsession; I saw them in Teen Vogue and searched them out. I’ve worn them A LOT, so they’ve been well worth their steep pricetag), Swedish Hasbeens super-high, No6 sandals, No6 peep-toe clogs (without a doubt – my favorite pair; I wear these constantly), and in the front, two pairs of Swedish Hasbeens, both “high.” I also have a pair of Dansko mary-jane style clogs that aren’t in the picture, because I can only find one.
I’ve been obsessed with clogs for at least a decade, but didn’t start to really collect them until the last couple of years. Since coming back “in style” interesting clogs have been so much easier to find and buy I feel like I need to stock up on the ones I really love, because I will always wear them, whether they’re in style, or not.
So the question is now, is it possible to have too many pairs of clogs?
love the collection! and no I don’t think you can ever have too many clogs, esp if you’ll wear them constantly. I’m *this close* to breaking on a pair of No. 6 clogs
I’ve always loved the silver pair! And no you can never have too many clogs…that’s why it’s a collection…
I too love clogs and have been obsessed with getting a pair of Hasbeen Jodhpur boots…here is my question I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on. I see on the Hasbeen website that the High Heel Johdpur boot has a heel hieght of 3.5″. While at Madewell the heel height is 2 3/4″ and Urban Outfitters is 2.5″. What is going on here? I love the idea of getting a shorter heel height for more everyday wear…but this just seems weird. Does anyone know if Hasbeen offer the high heel Jodhpur #465 (not the ankle boot #865) in 2.5 heel height?
I love your clog collection.
I am debating on ordering a pair of old school midwedge clogs from no. 6.
I can’t decide on what color!
