I thought it was time for a change around here – 2009 marked Grechen’s Closet’s fifth year, and hopefully it will be the best one yet! We now have all the functionality of a “real” blog (LOL) – including comments, tags (makes it really easy to search by keyword), archives, and easy access to all posts. Most everything really remains the same – but pages do have different URL’s; you may want to update any bookmarks to specific pages you have, although they should automatically redirect with no problem.
The new design not only makes it easier for you to browse and find what you’re looking for, but it makes it a million times easier for me to manage on the back end. Yay!! (I needed that…)
I’m still ironing out some of the kinks, and I’m sure there are some broken links here and there, but I hope to everything everything finalized and back to normal this week. The designer directories will be a little wonky, and continue to show the old Grechen’s Closet template – this will take some time to fix, but the content is still accessible.
I would love to hear your comments (or complaints). Let me know what you like, don’t like, or would like to see
