Remember my obsessing over making a denim a-line skirt out of a Gap denim dress? I did find some button-front denim skirts, but none of them a-line. Today, Topshop added this a-line denim skirt to their site, and it’s perfect!! Well, maybe a bit short…
It’s only $65, but I’m not sure I’ll get it right now…I LONG for an a-line denim skirt, but this one just seems too short, and I’m afraid of Topshop sizing…seems like it’s more juniors-y (runs small). Does anyone have experience with Topshop clothing?

Having lived in England and shopped at TopShop I can tell you that English sizes do run smaller than US sizes. Plus returning via them is (let’s be honest, even online ordering with them) a nightmare as all the items come from across the pond, have to go thru customs, etc. I ordered at the first of Dec. a ring and lipstick that I loved and didn’t get it until first of January!
If you are a true size 9/10 that can easily fit that size no matter what then you can take the chance but if you are the sort that is a size here and a size there according to the cut, manufacture, etc. than I would give this one a miss!
YAY! This is a great one too. I love the length on it.
Yeah, I think Topshop does a good job on most items but they do run small, (except for shoes.) And Hotsy Malone said it right, ordering from them is a nightmare!I ordered boots from them and it took about 2 months to get to me…very frustrating!
