Inhabit on Gilt

by grechen on November 20, 2009 | SUBSCRIBE | TWITTER | FACEBOOK |

Okay, I promise I’m not going to start posting all the online sample sales – there are other sites for that – but I can’t NOT post James Perse, or Repetto! And now, I’ve just learned that Inhabit will be appearing on Gilt at 12:00 EST on 11/23. I think Gilt had an Inhabit sample sale a few months ago (or maybe it was another site) and I didn’t find the prices too compelling – Inhabit’s own sample sales are WAY better – but the off-site sample sales do sometimes have items I’ve never seen before, on Inhabit’s site, or any other. So for that, it’s worth a look. It’s already on my calendar.

by grechen on August 11, 2009 | SUBSCRIBE | TWITTER | FACEBOOK |

As I was on Inhabit’s site this morning to once again sing the virtues of their cotton cardigans to a twitter friend, I stumbled across their “warehouse” sale which features several never-before-seen items and decent prices.

Cashmere Jacket: $168

Inhabit Spring Sample Sale

by grechen on May 20, 2009 | SUBSCRIBE | TWITTER | FACEBOOK |

It’s here again, and this time there are some more “interesting” pieces on sale at Inhabit – not only the classic cotton or classic cashmere (not that there’s anything wrong with those). I already did my damage, so I feel safe posting here now LOL – I actually only ordered one thing: the wrap skirt in navy. I love it and think it will work for me. We’ll see!!

Here are my picks for what to buy at the Spring Inhabit sample sale:

Cotton Cardigan: $68

Cotton Cardigan: $68

Cotton Wrap Skirt: $78

Cotton Wrap Skirt: $78

Viscose/Cashmere: $68

As usual, all items are final sale!!! If you have any questions at all about Inhabit cashmere or cotton, colors or fit, please leave a comment! Either I or some other knowledgeable Inhabit lover will probably be able to help you.

Happy shopping!! (let me know what you get)

Inhabit Cashmere Sale

March 20, 2009

Inhabit has some of their classic cashmere pieces on sale for under $100 now…I can’t stress enough how wonderful Inhabit’s cashmere is, I always use the sale to stock up on multiple styles. Last time, I got the turtleneck and v-neck (both fabulous, the v-neck is a little heavier weight cashmere than most of their [...]

Inhabit NY: New Fall Arrivals

August 27, 2008

I’ve finally started to become more interested in Fall fashions/shopping recently even though it will not cool down here for another two months. I’m DYING for crisp, cool Fall weather, long sleeves, and cashmere. I don’t have nearly enough cashmere, only a few sweaters: a very old basic v-neck sweater by Theory, and a cashmere [...]
