So, sadly I missed out on a pair of Repetto ballet flats this morning on ideeli, but hey, who am I kidding, I don’t need another pair of Repetto flats right now…(did anyone manage to get a pair?). I never wear my ballet flats in warmer weather anyway, I hate for my feet to be all covered up. But now, I have found the solution (a really cute one!):
These “twisted leather” ballet flats by Bloch (my OTHER favorite ballet flat brand) are perfect for Spring/Summer, first, because the colors are amazing, second, because they’re not all closed up and toe-smothering 
do you wear ballet flats in warmer weather? or stick to sandals only?
Aloha Rag recently started their sale, and I am lusting over these three pair of Repetto BB’s:
Black perforated Repetto BB: $164.50
Repetto BB metallic Suede Flats: $161
Repetto BB yellow metallic Flats: $161
If the blue were just the perforated leather, I would snag them ASAP…but I’m not sold on the metallic suede. I should get the perforated black BB’s, but I wouldn’t wear them much during the Summer, and I can’t really justify getting them right now. But I do eventually need to get a pair that fit…
P.S.: Creatures of Comfort also has a few pairs of Repetto’s on sale – I really like the beige perforated…and BIRD LA also has a few styles on sale
