What has your experience been with shipping from HauteLook? I previously ordered a necklace from them, and almost two weeks later they still hadn’t shipped it–I ended up contacting them and cancelling the order. In the meantime, I had made and received (and even returned) several other online purchases! It seemed very slow…
i think all the sample sale sites are pretty slow. although lately, they’ve gotten better it seems. it used to be that i would get something and had already forgotten that i’d ordered it!! now, they seem to ship a bit faster. they may have changed their model also – i think in the beginning they shipped directly from the designer, so it took longer and was more convoluted. now they have stock…
i guess that’s a long way to say that i’ve been happy with my orders from gilt, hautelook, rue lala, my habit, etc. lately
