So…..I should have known better. And now I do know better than to go with my “normal” size in No6 from now on. I tried on both the 39 and the 38 and the 38 felt better in THE STORE, but now that I’ve worn them a bit (once, only out for a couple of hours), I know that they’re too small. So, two days later, I’m selling my new No6 old school clog mid-heel wedge in “bordeaux” size 38 🙁 – because I need to go back and get the the size 39 😉
They’re basically brand new, no signs of wear at all, and I do have the box. If you normally wear a size 7 I think these would be perfect for you. Or if you already have a pair of No6 clogs that fit in a size 38, then these are for you. I’m asking exactly what I paid for them: $150 and I’ll ship them for free via USPS priority mail. Unfortunately, I can relate. The same situation has happened to me many times. I finally learned, to trust my instinct in the store. I know you’ll sell them, they’re cool clogs. I wear a size 7, but I don’t “do” that color. If they were taupe or cocoa colored, I’d be wildly waving my money. Of course, you could always list them on eBay. I hope, however, that one of your regular readers snatches them up soon.

i don’t know why i left with the 38s – i know that 39s fit me better in No6; it just takes a while to “feel” it in these shoes – and that “while” hit today when i put them on to wear out! i couldn’t do it…
oh, and i will ebay them if no one snatches them up – i just like to give you guys first dibs !!
Maybe if you two visit Maine someday, and we shop together, you’ll see me “wave my money.” Although I’d probably wave my plastic card instead, since I rarely carry cash anymore. I think the trick is ALWAYS to shop for shoes at the end of the day – Sadly I am a try 8.5 or 39.

So, um, did you ever sell these? Cause I’ve been looking around the web for just this clog in just this color and this is the only spot I’ve seen them! I figure they’re long gone, but…….ya never know!

I know you already sold these, but perhaps you could answer a question? I’ve been looking at no.6 for a while, but switch in regular shoes between a 7 and 7.5 . I know on their website it says to size up, but I am so worried about them being too big?
Any recommendations?
I definitely size up a 1/2 size in no6. But I am always a true 8. So 8.5 works well for me. If you fluctuate maybe just go to a 7.5? I guess that’s what I would recommend. Hope that helps!!
