So, everything I said about the Goldsigns, ditto for these James. They are more lowcut in the back than the Goldsign, but I love the way they make my ‘behind’ look (a little flatter, but still voluptuous) and the bootcut style. The wash is also fabulous – it is darker and not as faded as the Goldsign and more of a midnight blue as opposed to a navy blue. These are the 5pkt bootleg in dark sway, 97% cotton, 3% elastene – also a size 32.
The jeans on the right are the Goldsigns again – just for comparison’s sake. Over time (since the three months since my original review) the James Jeans have stretched a lot and are frankly, harder and harder to wear because of their extreme ‘low-ness’ in the back.
