Last weekend it was San Antonio with my sister, this weekend, Austin with my mom! I love all these family visits 
I’ve never been far away from everyone before, so moving to Austin was a big adjustment for me…
And anyway, I love playing tour-guide and getting to do things I haven’t had a chance to do yet. It was an unbelievable weekend; it really didn’t get very hot until Monday and by then, we’d done most of the outside stuff we wanted. I got the Arche sandals via ideeli a while ago but never wore them; I thought this would be as good an occasion as any to break them out. They’re comfortable – literally like walking on clouds – but not the cutest sandals ever…and sorry, the Madewell skirt doesn’t appear to be online yet!! crazy.

Your last photo looks like it could be a postcard for Austin! Beautiful. It’s cold and we even got SNOW in MN today and yesterday!! UGH….
