Outfit: vkoo Cashmere Loop Scarf

Have you heard of vkoo? Don’t worry, I hadn’t either before it started popping up on some shopping sites I follow and around the necks of celebrities that shall remain nameless (sorry…I don’t talk about celeb-fashion here). But you SHOULD know vkoo – it’s kind of the “sister” line of Inhabit NY, a more contemporary, young, line of cashmere, cotton & linen (WAIT until you see the Amazing tees & vests for Spring!!!! ) tops, sweaters, dresses & accessories. And while I’ll always be loyal to Inhabit for cashmere basics, I love vkoo for their more interesting pieces and look forward to seeing more.

When I got a chance recently to try some vkoo pieces for myself, I jumped at the chance, and am so pleased with what I tried. Today, I’m wearing the cashmere loop scarf (since it’s actually COLD here!) and while I’ve always been kind of a “traditional” scarf girl (love my Virginia Johnson!), I think I’m a new convert to the wonders of the “infinity” scarf! Especially this one by vkoo. The cashmere is super-light, but still warm, and I love how you can play with the style to leave it drape-y, or tighten it up. I’m wearing the “mocha” color, which is a lovely brown, and goes well with everything. LOVE it. Oh!! and guess what? vkoo sent me THREE of these cashmere scarves to give away!!!! Stay tuned for that :)

I’m also wearing:

Gap black jeans
James Perse white v-neck
Inhabit NY sweater – similar to this one – RUNS BIG!! I wish I’d sized down at least 1 size, but it was final sale
Rachel Comey clogs – on sale at tobi.com
Jas M.B. bag – similar to this one at tobi.com
