It’s really me! In spite of my just-rolled-out-of-bed-hair and my sleepy appearance, I’m feeling better today, and actually left the house because I had to pick up the plates for my new car. Oh, did I forget to mention that I got a car?? After being here in Austin for more than a year without a car, it was BEYOND time. I didn’t want to get one, but Austin is not a city where you can get around easily without a car, especially where we live. So…a couple of weeks ago I got a new Jetta 
I feel like a different person now that I don’t have to share my fiance’s car with him and rely on friends (thank you Sharon & Sydney) for rides. More like a grown-up, you know?

The prices were actually not great on a lot of the other colors, but I hadn’t been lucky enough to find the black perf. pair in my size marked down ANYWHERE. And I had some credits…so )

Grechen, I love the Joe’s jeans on you, don’t get rid of them! You don’t have to wear them everyday but a good pair of broken in boyfriend/ripped/rolled jeans are a comfy casual necessity!
