It’s cold again.  Not cold cold, but cooler.  And I might be having hot flashes: my face and upper body get hot all of a sudden, but I’m “cold” at the same time.  I’m still having a period, so I guess at the moment it’s just hormonal relating to that, but it is weird and unnerving.  I thought maybe when it started happening it was my red wine (which probably doesn’t help…), but it’s pretty consistent throughout the day, not only after I have a glass of wine.  Thank goodness 🙂

Anyway…

I’m failing miserably at trying to “up” my outfit game this week!! So nevermind LOL.  I have a lot of fun playing around with outfits and “dressing-up” with slowre items, so I can pretend to be artsy and/or avant garde and/or “other” Grechen that way and leave my real-life dressing alone.  This is real-life.  I did that yesterday, played dress-up in slowre inventory, and will post some pictures tomorrow.

And here’s a better look at the James Perse tee I got during the Shopbop sale.  It’s sold out there, but available at Nordstrom in several colors and I cannot recommend it highly enough.  I’m wearing the size 1 and it’s a truly amazing fit.  What I love most about JP tees is that the length always just works perfectly for me.  Also, they’re not too big around at the waist.  I could go on.  But if you’re a fan of expensive white tees (haha), I think this is a fabulous one.  It’s a great added bonus that it’s made from recycled fibers.  I haven’t washed it yet, but right off, it’s not exactly the softest tee I’ve ever tried, but I suspect with wash/wear it will soften up.  It’s got a slight texture and slubby look to it.
