I want to thank everyone for your kind words on my post about Ozzie. I usually try to respond to everything, but this time, I couldn’t. Honestly, I didn’t even want to come to the site because it was hard to look at that picture I put up. I get weepy every time I see it.
But thank you so much for everything everyone said; I’m so happy to have your support and understanding during this difficult time – I can’t even express what that means to me. As I said yesterday, I’m doing much better, but it’s still a process.
Also, I wanted to wear all my recent James Perse acquisitions (which are also on sale at Shopbop right now), to help you make up your mind about them if you’ve been looking at any of them – especially the pants. I absolutely 100% recommend the crepe surplus pants, although I did size up one size to fit my calves. They’re a little thin for super-cold weather, but if the sun is shining, I do okay! The button-up tee is AMAZING, I almost like it better than the 3/4 sleeve slub button-up shirt. I love that it’s long sleeve, and has a straight hem. Of course the sweatshirt is great. It’s a gray sweatshirt. You know how I feel about gray sweatshirts…

the button up tee is really great, i can’t wait until it warms up and i can wear it more often – i love the straight hem. i like the curved hem on the slub 3/4 sleeve shirt too, but a straight hem is easier to layer…
Aww…bummer about VKOO. I wondered if that was their scarf. Is that the rosy-mauve color? (My monitor could be totally different from yours!)
