Loeffler Randall Silk Skirt

I always try so hard in Spring/Summer to find the perfect knee-length skirt. I’d love a full or a-line skirt, with a waistband and nice but not overbearing print. Kind of like this one by Loeffler Randall:

i love this look. but i could never pull it off. im 12 years of age and i love fashion! how could i ever wear someting like this to school! help?
