So, we were just discussing this in the comments of a recent post…and here is the sale! You’ve got one-day early access to the James Perse winter sale via THIS LINK (it’s private, so you won’t see the link on the site) + use code SALEWINTER19 for free shipping on all orders to the US.
I am 100% getting these sweatpants – I have missed having a pair since I had to relegate my black pair to the rag pile a couple years ago. I am ordering the size 2 because – pregnant – but otherwise I’d definitely get the size 1. They are 100% cotton and stretch out quite a bit with wear FYI.
More things I love:
Vintage striped tee dress | $109
High Twist jersey deep v dress | $79 (I have this, you might want to size up since it’s 100% cotton – it’s SNUG, but wonderful!!)
Soft Drape Pant | $149
Satin Binding tubular dress | $79 (a great dress for layering now and wearing alone later)
Brushed fleece raglan pullover | $99
Jersey surplus jacket | $129 (I’ve had this jacket for a couple years and it’s still in excellent shape; I wear it all the time)
HIgh Gauge drop shoulder tee | $69 (THIS HIGH GAUGE JERSEY IS SO GOOD!!! I love all the items I have in this fabric: it’s light, drapey and so soft)
Shrunken vintage striped tee | $29
As usual with these sales, all sales are final, so please ask questions in the comments if you have ANY at all!!!!
Get what you want now before the sale goes live on the site tomorrow 🙂
FYI —The sale link is not working — It goes to one item – T-shirt —.
thanks – i fixed it
Omg so tempting. I haven’t bought anything yet in January that wasn’t food, drink or books. I’m on a no spending roll! But I do love JP, really worth it as I wear each piece a lot. Eyeing the sweats (great color) and the raglan. I think I have those draped pants although I’m not sure of the style name of mine. Mine do stretch out through the day (not at the waist but everywhere else) and I have to shimmy the waist over my hips but they are one of my fav pants.
same for me, obviously 😉
i was wondering about the drape pants – here’s the thing about JP pants though. i like them NOW that i need that extra room at the waist, but i gave my sister the ones i bought during the summer sale because they just stretched out TOO much and were falling down. they were not elastic/drawstring waist though.
i’m tempted by the satin binding dress, the sweatpants and the high gauge tee. i can’t pass up a high gauge tee. they are AMAZING.
how does sizing run on the surplus jacket and is it knit as the description says so but hard to say from looking at the fabric?
http://grechenscloset.com/outfit-james-perse-exclusive-free-shipping/ – I have the size 2 and I feel like it’s pretty true – I usually take a 1 in tees but size up in long sleeve things so I can layer and not feel restricted . It’s cotton with elastane so there’s some stretch. Very soft with wear, etc. I really love it.
I am pretty sure the jacket is at Nordstrom Rack for $50 less than JP is selling it for. Plus it is returnable.
This is the best money saving tip of my year! Was just about to put in a JP order but instead just put in a Nordstrom Rack order where I can try two sizes in any event! Thank you so much!
Good Morning Ladies
Just beware the Nordstrom Rack version is distressed and has little almost cuts around the bottom. The JP site says clean finished hem.
e
i just checked – it’s the same jacket. the bottom hem does have some distressing.
just be wary of nordstrom rack, etc., because many of the items there look identical but are “imported” instead of made in the US (t-shirts mostly) – so they are NOT the same
