It’s another chance to win something cool!! This time Grechen’s Closet contest is sponsored by StefaniBags.com, who’s giving away a Matt & Nat Takumi vegan handbag to one lucky reader.

Enter to win a matt & nat vegan handbag

I’m a big fan of stylish, vegan handbag designers Matt & Nat; they never fail to produce beautifully designed, functional, animal-friendly handbags & small accessories. This Takumi bag is made from a “vegan leather” and is part of the Japanese paper collection, looking as delicate as crinkled paper, but able to stand up to every day use. I love this as a small briefcase or small laptop bag for work – it’s the perfect size to hold papers, pens, a netbook, and any other work essential you don’t necessarily want in your handbag.

This week, one lucky winner has a chance to win this bag courtesy of StefaniBags.com! If you’re too impatient to wait though, you can use code grechen30 at StefaniBags for 30% off anything – including sale Matt & Nat!

How to enter: You MUST subscribe to Grechen’s Closet e-mail newsletter to be entered to win. E-mails are sent out daily, but only if there is a new post on the blog. I need one of these everyday bags. Big enough so when i go shopping during my lunch break I can throw it in there so there is no evidence.

grechen June 8, 2009 at 10:29 am

LOL – that’s an excellent reason to carry a big bag!

The almost art-deco air of the Whiting & Daving bronze mesh clutch is hard to resist. http://www.stefanibags.com/mesh-clutch-7

But i really do love the classic (and vegan!) styling of the Takumi [http://www.stefanibags.com/takumi], especially the character and texture of the non-leather [even more than the lovely woven citron of Elliott Lucca’s Venezia Demi, beyond the fact that the latter contains real leather! http://www.stefanibags.com/venezia-demi.

I’m really digging the Foley and Corinna “Mid-City tote” in black. I really need a basic black bag that holds a lot and that one looks like it would do the trick.

I really like the black Foley + Corinna mid city tote, I’ve always wanted a F+C bag because they’re so roomy but aren’t too big for my short self! And I love how the mid city tote folds over at the top, so chic.
