I have really tried to segment Grechen’s Closet and grechenscodes.com recently – leaving Grechen’s Closet for sales & random things I love, and posting only coupon codes at grechenscodes.com. I hate to duplicate posts, because I know a lot of you visit both sites, but in case you don’t…here are some great deals that end either today or over the weekend:
Use code SPRINGCLEANING for $50 off every $250 you spend at Tobi.com. You could get these AMAZING Rachel Comey clogs/sandals if you’re so inclined 😉
Also ending today, use code RINGS at Melissa Joy Manning for 25% off any ring. I’ve longed for one of her rings forever, but sadly, they’re still all out of my price range at the moment. But definitely check it out if you’re a fan of her jewelry.
The Bloomingdale’s Friends & Family coupon code expires on 3/28 – use code FRIENDS or FFMARCH for 20% off your order (there are, of course, some restrictions). Earlier this week, you could also use code HARPERS for an additional 10% off your order, but you’d have to enter that code at the end of checkout – it may still be working, so definitely try it.
P.S. if you want to be kept up to date with the newest coupons I post over at grechenscodes.com, why not subscribe to the daily e-mail of recent posts? Even if you don’t subscribe, DO NOT SHOP ONLINE until you check grechenscodes.com FIRST!! I promise, it will save you money 😉
grechen – this is somewhat random but i’d been meaning to ask you about your jerome dreyfuss bag. i can’t recall if you sold it when you were prepping for the move, but would you mind sharing a review of the JD billy? are there any compartments inside, how does the leather wear over time, etc? much obliged 😉

you know…i loved my billy bag for a while, but i just think it ended up being too big for me (i know, weird, huh?). i did have the large billy – i think most of the billy bags now are the medium-size. inside, there was only one long pocket, and then the pocket on the outside. the outside pocket was big enough for my keys & phone, but i always like to have more pockets on my bags. the leather on mine was metallic, so it was a bit different from JD’s regular leathers, which are VERY VERY Soft and hold up well over time (i did have a robert bag also). i did always find it kind of awkward to carry – but i think that was because it was so large. the only way it made sense to carry it was with the short handles, i could never figure out how to use the shoulder strap LOL…
hope that helps 🙂
thanks for the info! i found your purse forum review yesterday; i think this calls for some more deliberation…and online sales stalking 😉
