And then a designer sends you an e-mail about her pieces and you’re like “WHOA. that’s EXACTLY what I wanted!!”? No? well, that’s just what happened earlier today. I got a lovely e-mail from Adriana and Ana, the designers of Bandada out of Barcelona, Spain, introducing me to their jewelry. It’s perfect.

Finally. Madewell (silently) launched their e-commerce site recently – I just found out about it via Camp Comfort, although I’m signed up for their mailing list…anyway, I can totally do some damage at Madewell; I love the aesthetic, and since it’s convenient for me to shop their brick & mortar store here, I’ve slowly been collecting pieces.
This sheer vest is next on my list of things to buy – I’ve tried in on in the store a few times, but always leave without it. (I’m waiting for a coupon code )
And these SHOES!!! My local store is sold out, but one of the SA’s at Barney’s Co-Op was wearing them the other day and got me all excited again…
The definite must-have piece at Madewell right now though, is this jacket. I have it in this color and wear it all the time (at least when I’m inside, in the air conditioning). It’s great over dresses and washes REALLY well.
