It’s been waaaay too long since my last clog post, don’t you think? So this one will hopefully make up for it!!
And remember when I posed the question, what is a clog? I don’t remember if I told you what I considered a clog, but basically, I think a clog is a shoe or sandal with a wooden heel & fastened with studs or staples. More traditional Swedish clogs tend to be fastened with staples, but most of the clogs available today, and the more “trendy” ones are fastened with studs. Which I love. Clogs aren’t wedges, and I don’t think you can have a clog without a wooden heel…do you agree? Anyway, on to my favorites & where to buy them:
Jimmy Choo Clog sandals: $395 – Love these!! Didn’t expect a clog from Jimmy Choo, but I guess everyone’s getting into the game for Spring…

No6 has updated it’s webshop with the slingback clogs and the t-strap clogs in several colors (you can also special order these in whatever color you can imagine). I really love this floral print:

I posted Cynthia Vincent’s other ethnic-inspired version of these a while ago, but today, I saw this version, and love it almost as much. (psst…you can use code DSNR250 for $40 off these shoes at Endless through 3/2)

And oh…how I love both of these clogs by Stuart Weitzman at Jildor Shoes. I saw the first pair in person the other day, honestly, I don’t do as well with almost my whole foot covered as I do with a t-strap, or 3/4 coverage, but I love the scalloped edge and studs. And the second pair is just a super-sexy version of the clog sandal…perfect with an airy, light Spring dress.

These Joie clogs at Bloomingdale’s are very similar to the Cynthia Vincent ones I posted above, but I love the darker wood on these…

Tory Burch sandal at Nordstrom – $295 pre-order. I REALLY really love the woven leather on this sandal. Maybe it pushes the clog definition a bit…

And for more “traditional” swedish clogs – obviously you can go for Swedish Hasbeens – or try out these two:
Dala clogs ($85) – these are super-affordable, and available in several pretty colors –

And you can custom order these Sven high-heel clogs for $139 in lots of colors, leathers, and wood…

For a lower heel, even more traditional clog – there are TONS of options online, but I do still love my silver cape clogs:

Did I miss any I haven’t posted already? Do you have a favorite?
