I am obsessed with finding a new pair of colorful flat sandals. I have a silver pair by Matt Bernson that I love, and a neutral pair of MICHAEL Michael Kors sandals that are cute, but I really want a “nice” pair of flat sandals with some character, i.e., COLOR! My feet are crying out for color since I’ve stopped wearing my pink revas…

I love the concept of Etsy, more than I love Etsy itself, sadly. It’s so overwhelming to browse through designers and products, I usually just quit. I recently posted about Supermarket HQ, which has many of the same designers as Etsy, but way fewer, so it’s easier to navigate.
But anyway, every once in a while I manage to find a gem at Etsy, like this makeup bag by Valhalla Brooklyn:

Everything is handcrafted, and many times she uses vintage and recycled materials.
I just discovered Pixie Market a week or so ago, and can’t stop visiting. They stock designers I’ve never heard of, like Stylein, Maud shoes (LOVE!!), Hope handbags, and Rekiem, the designer of this jacket:
The cutest part of the jacket, actually, is the back:
I LOVE the detail…this is such a great alternative to a basic t-shirt in warmer weather, and may even look cute as a short jacket over a dress.
